Did you Say "Green Eggs and Ham?"

After 2 girls (Taresa and MaryLynn) spent 4 hours at the school library on a Saturday afternoon/evening doing family history, they along with their comrade Ashla decided to celebrate St. Patrick's Day a wee bit early this year. Putting their creative juices to Substantial use, a celebration was planned: "We shall have Green Eggs and Ham" they said in unison; exclaiming with great glee! The eggs were cooked scrambled (the way they liked) with green dye added for a green egg delight! The ham was all sliced with tender care and cooked just right while green dye was add for the perfect flair! Pictures were taken to remember the occasion. The smell of the food was quite appetizing, so the girls sat down and ate their green eggs and ham. Orange juice was poured...but don't worry, we made it green too! The scrumptous meal was devoured by all those it encountered. Dishes were cleaned and everything put away just right, creating a quite peaceful night. Pajamas were put on, while blankets spread out holding in each of our hands the Dr. Seuss book "Green Eggs and Ham." We took turns will reading this poetic story, laughed and giggled with impetuous glory! The night ended with the old Ma and Pa Kettle movie "The Egg and I." It was a night that ended with wonderful glee, as soon to our beds did we flea!

P.s. The Green Egg and Ham party was pre-planned (my idea), but the way I wrote it sounded more interesting!
