Mountain Biking

A couple of weekends ago, Richard and I went mountain biking in Pocatello. We first hit up the cross country track that ISU has and there were so many hills that were killer, but in the end it was so much fun. We then went to the lower Pocatello Creek trail and did some more mountain biking. After getting tired, we decided to head back. There was a really steep part and unfortunately, Richard crashed and scraped up his knee pretty bad. (It was good thing we were heading back to the car and not away from it). It has healed now, so he's all good. We went to Albertson's afterwards to get band-aids and then to Jamba juice for a yummy smoothie. It was a great weekend, alright.
