This summer, I've had the opportunity to travel. I first went to Missoula, Montana for my brother, Chad's wedding. My sister and I went up a week early to help my mom get stuff ready for the wedding. After Montana, I traveled down to California with my parents and sister. Since I'm on summer vacation, I thought California is a good place to spend some time in the sun. I've been lucky enough to spend some time with my family. It has been a ton of fun. I have enjoyed playing at the park, swimming, eating cupcakes and watching "Gneomo and Juilet" (5 times so far)with Lily- I've enjoyed every minute of it. Lily seems to always make me smile. Here's a cute story about her:
Yesterday, when I was watching "Princess and the Frog" with her, while Auntie LaLa (Leticia) and her mom made a cake for Auntie LaLa's friend Bridgette's baby shower. As we were watching the movie Lily asked me "Do they need help in the kitchen?" I said "I think their okay." She then said "Well, the right thing to do would be to go ask." She then got off the bed and marched in the the kitchen to ask. My goodness, that little 3 year old knew how to put me in my place!
