Leticia and I are both like our dad in the fact that when we go somewhere new we want to eat at a place that is unique to that town. This past week we took a day trip to Logan, Ut. Leticia was insistent that we go to lunch at a place that was authentic to Logan and I was in correlation with that. We ate a the "Blue Bird" which was a restaurant that opened1941 and was a soda fountain, candy shop and then later evolved into a restaurant, soda fountain and candy shop. It had delicious food. I ordered a raspberry shake and prime rib sandwich...it was delicious! I love that food is a part of any occasion in my family. We truly love food.
