Last Sunday, I went over to my friend Katie James apartment to make the instant cheesecake that my mom brought up for me in sept. I love making this cheesecake because it's easy and it always reminds me of my pops. I remember every camping trip I ever went on with pops he always made sure we had an instant cheesecake mix and cherry topping. It was always scrumptious in the woods as well in a nice warm apartment. It was fun to relax, cook, and chat with Katie. I'm thankful for great friends like her!
